For operators running 2+ trucks

Every truck on its own numbers. A fleet average can hide the truck that loses.

LoadMerit Fleet is everything in Pro, applied per truck: each truck's own fixed costs and break-even, reports you can filter to one truck, and driver pay estimated on every load — $99/mo flat, never a percentage of your loads.

Why per-truck

Two trucks is not one truck twice

The moment a second truck joins, three things quietly stop being true about your numbers.

A fleet-average break-even fits no truck in particular

One pot of fixed costs divided by combined miles gives you a blended number. Unless your trucks happen to match, a load that clears the average can still lose money on the truck that's hauling it.

Blended reports can hide which truck is losing

When every load lands in one P&L, a strong truck's month can cover a weak truck's problem. You find out at tax time — months after the loads that caused it.

Driver pay hides inside a blended cost per mile

One truck you drive, one pays per mile, one pays percent of linehaul. Folded into a single all-in cost figure, no line ever says what each truck's driver actually costs on a load.

The same month, three different floors

Same load, different answer per truck

Monthly fixed costs divided by that truck's target miles — the overhead every mile has to clear before fuel and running costs. With each truck's fixed costs entered, Fleet computes this per truck and seals it into the analysis.

Truck 1 · financed, newer

$0.30/mi

overhead before fuel

Fixed costs / month$2,610

Target miles / month8,700

Truck 2 · financed, higher insurance

$0.46/mi

overhead before fuel

Fixed costs / month$3,480

Target miles / month7,500

Truck 3 · paid off

$0.21/mi

overhead before fuel

Fixed costs / month$1,890

Target miles / month9,000

Example numbers — not a promise, and not defaults. Fleet uses the figures you enter for each truck.

What Fleet includes

Everything in Pro, applied per truck

Per-truck fixed costs

Each truck carries its own payment, insurance, other fixed monthlies and target miles. Trucks without their own figures fall back to your account totals — and the label says which figure you're reading.

Break-even sealed into each analysis

With fixed costs entered, analyzing a load on a truck computes that truck's break-even and seals it into the result. Reassign the load later and the analysis still shows the numbers it was decided on.

Reports filtered to one truck

The P&L, the tax log and the analysis summary each filter per truck, so you can see a single truck's month — or its tax year — on its own. Your personal floor and negotiation lift stay account-wide — they describe you, not a truck.

Driver pay per truck, basis always labeled

Set per-mile or percent-of-linehaul pay on each truck. Every analysis shows the pay estimate with its base named, and the actual gets recorded at closeout — beside the cost figures, never silently netted into them.

Fuel and measured MPG per truck

The fuel log already runs per truck: full-tank fills produce a measured MPG for that truck, with a one-click adopt onto its profile when the measurement is solid.

One login, flat price

No seats, no per-truck fees, never a percentage of your loads. Add trucks as you grow — the price does not move.

Already on Copilot or Pro monthly? Upgrading is self-serve from your billing page — it applies to your existing subscription in place, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period, and no second subscription is created. (On an annual plan, contact support and we'll make the change.)

Honest scope

A decision layer, not a TMS

Fleet answers one question per load, per truck: is this worth taking at this rate? Everything around booking, dispatching and tracking stays wherever you run it today.

  • Not a TMS — no dispatch board, no load tracking, no invoicing
  • Not a load board — you find freight wherever you already do
  • Not a dispatch service — nobody here books loads or takes a cut
  • No income claims — decision support and records, nothing more

Fleet launched at standard pricing — there is no founder rate to miss. Cancel anytime; your records stay readable and exportable after.
