You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the platform. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Academy access is a one-time purchase. Copilot and Pro are subscriptions billed at signup and monthly thereafter. Paid access is for software and educational content only — not freight services, dispatching, or income opportunities. LoadMerit does not arrange freight or guarantee results. Refund windows and cancellation rules are in our Refund Policy.

LoadMerit is not a freight broker, motor carrier, dispatcher service, transportation intermediary, load board, or transportation management system. LoadMerit does not arrange transportation, book loads, dispatch trucks, represent carriers, represent brokers, negotiate on behalf of users, or participate in freight transactions.

Analysis results depend on the accuracy and completeness of information entered by the user, including miles, rates, fuel price, MPG, costs, dates, accessorials, and risk notes. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce inaccurate estimates.

LoadMerit currently uses manual-entry load analysis and does not integrate with DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, brokers, ELD providers, or freight marketplaces. Future integrations may be added through approved API or user-authorized connections. Users are responsible for entering information they are authorized to use and for following any third-party terms or policies.

AI-generated content is provided for drafting, explanation, and educational support only. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Users must review, edit, verify, and approve any message before using it. LoadMerit does not send messages, negotiate, book loads, or make decisions on behalf of users.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent access gates, or present platform output as verified broker, carrier, or market data. Educational scores and analyses do not certify professional status.

The platform, its content, and the decision engine are owned by King Tech Solutions LLC (operating as LoadMerit). Your user-entered load data and notes remain yours.

LoadMerit does not guarantee income, employment, carrier clients, broker relationships, freight availability, load acceptance, business success, or profitable outcomes. Any examples, scenarios, or calculations are illustrative and depend on user-entered assumptions and changing real-world conditions.

Users are responsible for verifying all load details, rates, broker information, contract terms, insurance requirements, authority status, compliance obligations, and operational feasibility before taking action. Users make all final business decisions independently.

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
