Refund Policy

Academy comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't a fit, email support@loadmerit.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no need to justify it. After 30 days the purchase is non-refundable. Refunding Academy also ends the 30 days of Pro access that came with it.

Subscriptions are billed when you sign up and renew monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Subscription charges are not refunded or prorated once billed — cancel before renewal.

Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse or violation of the Terms of Use.
